^{Design Thinking is a linear process of approaching a challenge and it is aimed at codifying the artistic and scientific way of thinking. It is a problem-solving process with a perfect skill set. We believe in Digital Transformation with this process. With the perfect skill set we help people for digital transformation and to solve real world problems effectively. Our process is divided into four steps; At first understanding the problem in depth & Creating user personas & journey mapping, secondly ideation will be done by exploring the wide range of possible solutions, third is prototyping where ideas are selected which matches with the user needs. Finally the implementation will take place.}

^{We propose the client a power-packed 2-day capsule that could fire-start the process and provide an accelerant for the next steps.}

^{In Day-1, we proposed to walk through the Design Thinking tools with hands-on activities and concepts. In Day-2 we offered to facilitate the previous day’s learnings on a couple of real-world critical business processes to be re-imagined. This will arm the core team to apply the same techniques for the rest of the business processes with our consulting team.}
